Give yourself 10 minutes a day with this simple meditation. Music: Jonathan
Think of meditation as if your mind was a train station. Thoughts are like trains, they come into the station. However as soon as one comes in let it go back out again. Don't dwell on it.
Slow your breathing down. Let's say, inhale for 8 secs and exhale for 10. Relax.
Watch the video or don't. Some people find the image creepy or bothersome. Others like it and use it as a focal point. If it bothers you then close your eyes and listen to the music.
